Antonin Scalia Defends Legal Writings Some View As Offensive, Anti-Gay

OK Scalia the document is inaminate. Yet the document does not give the government the right to discriminate against one particular group BASED on religious views. The basic genesis, the reason for the constitution's existance was, is or has been to separate and delagate power for the citizenry to participate and regulate. If one group is pigeonholed not to participate in the process of its govenring for no other reason than perceived perversion of person, than you have begun to violate the very basis of the constitution as a whole.

Scalia you have the right to have a personally prinicipaled view but that right stops at my liberty to see, feed, and care for my loved ones, despite your disregard for it's morality. Yet you stand there on your hind legs allowing Gitmo to stand open, PRIVATE interest decide elections, and ignore the plight of the public in which you judicate. Keep your personal stance off the stand and judicate with the morality that you profess.

Syria Chemical Weapons Readied For Use: Sarin Loaded Into Aerial Bombs Despite International Warnings

Hi Dick Gregory fan here... he has a philosophy that is now a street saying, and I am pretty sure you have heard it before... one can not turn a whore into a housewife (excuse the sexism). It is up to us to trap that beast and observe it for what it really is.

Cheating Statistics: HuffPost/YouGov Poll Reveals Who Cheats More

I think we should be mature enough to realize that 'marriage' and coupling is not the same as it was before. We are living longer, there is less need to have a dozen children, and we recognize that sexuality goes way beyond the bedroom. Artists, politician, businessmen, and devout religious persons may have more stimulating relationship with their passion than with their partner- but that is not cheating. We all cheat constantly when we have a best friend. That best friend shares something more 'intimate' that can never be challenge or replaced by a social construct no matter how strict we make laws. Relationships need to have an augmented and evolved perception to define 'cheating'.

Another thing, then I'll shut up....

A mentality of propriety (I don't know if that is a correct use of the word) over our partner should stop. We do NOT own our partner. That idea needs to end. She or He is not mine, yours, or theirs. We do not own life, we rent it. Memories we own and sometimes lose, but sentient beings are not property. I think that would be the first step.
